Chairman’s Independence Day Message

On this Independence Day we celebrate the signing of the Declaration of Independence, officially separating us from the British Empire and the oppressive tyranny of its King. On this day our brave founders gave us the strong foundation and framework for a nation “Of the People, By the People, and For the People”, built on the unchangeable and immutable “Laws of Nature, and of Nature’s God” as recorded for us in the pages of the Holy Scriptures. These brave Christian men sacrificed everything to give us “One Nation Under God, Indivisible, with Liberty and Justice for All.” As citizens in “The Land of the Free, and the Home of the Brave”, subsequent generations built what is arguably the most peaceful and prosperous civilization the world has ever known, sharing God’s blessings and abundance, increasing the quality of life for billions of people around the world.

“The Spirit of the Sovereign Lord is on me, because the Lord has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor. He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim freedom for the captives and release from darkness for the prisoners” Isaiah 61:1

As members and supporters of the Republican Party let’s not forget the role the Republican Party played in fulfilling our Nation’s charter that “All men are created equal” by abolishing the institution of Slavery in America. The price of freedom has never been free, but has always cost the blood of righteous men. It took the righteous blood of Jesus Christ to set us free from the chains and bondage of Satan, to live a life of liberation in freedom and service to God and others. It took the blood of our founding fathers to set us free from the chains and bondage of tyranny, to live a life of freedom and liberty in service to God and Country. This is our heritage and the nation we have been given to steward. This is “The Land of the Free, and the Home of the Brave.”

“It is for freedom that Christ has set us free. Stand firm, then, and do not let yourselves be burdened again by a yoke of slavery.” Galatians 5:1

Our founding fathers knew that a government not subject to God, will eventually replace God. On this Independence Day, let’s remember that the United States of America was founded on Christian principles. Let’s celebrate Independence Day with the renewed appreciation that the Christian faith is the reason for the freedoms and liberties we hold so dear, and the reason we are “One Nation Under God, Indivisible, with Liberty and Justice for All.”
