Join the Republican Party in the Baldwin Windmill Days Parade!

• Line up at Windmill Pond Park at 10:30 am

ALL access points to parade route are off of Hwy 63:

• From Hwy 63 turn East on 55th Ave or Cedar Street, then turn North on 220th Street.

IMPORTANT CLOSURES TO NOTE:

• You will NOT be allowed to enter the parade routes coming from the North on 220th by the softball fields OR coming in on 70th Avenue from the East.

IMPORTANT DROP OFF RULES:

• If you are dropping someone off at their parade line up – you MUST enter the parade route through the designated options above or you may turn on Maple Street and park your car at Millpond in designated area and WALK to your designated spot.

PARADE RULES:

• Candy and other giveaways are permitted but should be handed out or tossed towards the curb not thrown at spectators or dropped on the street drawing children into parade traffic.

• Units will be judged as the go by the viewing stand.

• Best Royalty

• Best Use of Theme

• Crowd Favorite

• Awards will be announced at the Entertainment/Beverage tent in Creamery Park

TEAR DOWN:

• Elementary/High School parking lots.

• At the end of the parade, you will turn left and then right and proceed to one of the designated school parking lots for tear down.

• No one is allowed to tear down along the streets.
